Terms of Service

By accessing and using Zynqit's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any material changes.

Zynqit provides a user provisioning service that enables organizations to sync users and groups from Google Workspace to SCIM-compatible applications.

Our service includes:

• Real-time synchronization of user data
• Group membership management
• Integration with SCIM 2.0 compatible services
• Administrative dashboard and monitoring tools

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We take data protection seriously. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Key points:

• We only access the minimum data necessary to provide our service
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We comply with GDPR, and other applicable data protection laws
• You retain ownership of your data

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with other users' use of the service
• Transmitting malicious code or content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment terms:

• Fees are due immediately upon subscription
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Zynqit will apply taxes, including VAT, as required by applicable law. The customer is responsible for any additional local taxes, import duties, or similar charges that may apply outside Sweden.

Zynqit retains all rights to our service, software, and related intellectual property. You retain rights to your data.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide our service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynqit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will cease immediately
• We will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by the public courts of Sweden, with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
